What You Will Do:
- Performs maintenances calls in accordance with company standards
- Provides excellent customer service
- Serves customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
- Cooperates with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
- Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures
- Maintains and updates knowledge of current of HVAC standards
- Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
- Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
