Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
  • Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely accurate.
  • Ability to solve problems.

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician
  • High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
  • Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

  • 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities
