Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC Install team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality service to customers during nights, weekends, or both.

Responsibilities
• Perform HVAC system installations with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on every job site
• Ensure customer satisfaction by completing installations properly and timely
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Physical dexterity and ability to work in various environments
