Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Deliver quality customer service while working nights, weekends, or both, as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and job completion through provided tablet/software
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during installations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and working condition

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Physical dexterity to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and handle tools safely
