Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling, helping customers make informed decisions on HVAC repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Educate customers on HVAC issues and present solutions, including repairs, upgrades, and replacements
• Provide professional recommendations based on system performance and customer needs
• Generate leads and close sales for system replacements and add-on services
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure seamless service
• Accurately document work performed and customer interactions in ServiceTitan or other trade software
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and trust
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
